“SOL catering is top notch. I recently attended an event for 40 people catered by SOL. The presentation and decor was spot on. They did table service and the food was spectacular. The salad was crisp and tasty with a delicious dressing. The Beef Wellington was out of this world and cooked to perfection. It was a fabulous evening and the service was seamless, professional, personal and prompt. I would highly recommend them for your event.”
