Whether you are planning an intimate gathering, wedding celebration, rehearsal dinner, retreat, or special event, SOL Catering offers thoughtfully prepared meals designed to bring people together.

Each menu is customized from our Dinner Menu package options and tailored to your event through a collaborative planning process. We’re happy to adjust menu details along the way to help create an experience that feels personal, seamless, and memorable.

  • To reserve your event date, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.

    Final guest count and menu selections must be confirmed at least three weeks prior to the event date. Any invoice adjustments may be made up until that time.

    The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the event.

  • If an event is canceled, the initial deposit will be retained. In cases of severe weather or unforeseen natural events, SOL Catering will make every effort to reschedule your event whenever possible.
